Timeline

The ACR MVP was launched in October 2021. All MAS and VA contracts have since been migrated to ACR from the legacy catalog systems, allowing ACR to serve as the authoritative source for all MAS and VA contracts, for both product and services. In March 2023, the FCP Products MVP was rolled out to production, allowing SIP and EDI vendors to begin migrating to the FCP Platform. As such, ACR supports MAS catalog submissions from FCP, as well as SIP and EDI. As of May, 2025, over 3,000 MAS vendors have migrated from SIP/EDI to FCP.

In July 2024, both FCP and ACR were expanded to support an enhanced MAS Services pipeline, which allows MAS vendors to submit detailed services catalogs, and post their associated Price List on GSA Advantage and eLibrary. The Price List is an excel file generated by ACR, which provides GSA Advantage and eLibrary users with a well organized, structured report of MAS Services offerings submitted by FCP Services vendors. This marks a vast improvement over SIP/EDI services submissions, where vendor services offerings are embedded within unstructured Terms & Conditions files, with inconsistent information and differing formats.

Looking ahead to FY26, FCP and ACR will be expanded to include Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs), for the various types of Purchase Channel BPAs supported by GSA.
