Timeline

The ACR MVP was launched in October 2021. As of June 2023, 95% of all MAS and VA contracts have been migrated to ACR from the legacy system. The remaining 5% are planned for migration to ACR by the end of FY23. At that time, ACR will be the authoritative source for every MAS and VA contract, for both product and services contracts. In March 2023, the FCP Pilot was rolled out to production, in which select OS4 product vendors are participating. As such, ACR now supports catalog submissions from FCP, in addition to SIP and EDI. Note that FCP will expand beyond the Pilot program in FY24, to include product vendors across the various regions.

With regard to Services contracts, ACR currently supports Services catalog submissions for EDI and SIP vendors. In FY24, both FCP and ACR will be expanded to support an enhanced Services pipeline. Looking to FY25 and beyond, FCP and ACR will be expanded to include Blanket Purchase Agreements, for the various types of BPAs supported by GSA (e.g. MAS, 4PL, etc).
