FAS-IT Modernization Roadmap

FAS-IT, in partnership with OST and the FAS business lines, has developed a modernization roadmap for the FAS business systems. The roadmap takes into consideration the FAS business strategy, priorities, and budget in order to plan for capacity and new call orders. The sequencing is structured to allow new initiatives, such as CALM and Catalog Management, to mature to determine business functionality of the legacy systems they will replace, and when, so the modernization strategy of those legacy systems is appropriately scoped. The roadmap is reviewed and updated regularly to stay in alignment with FAS.

The timelines below present the FAS-IT Modernization Roadmap.
