FSS19 Phase 3 Modernization Delivery Timeline

FSS19 Phase 3 Modernization is to be delivered as part of two production releases: Step 1 and Step 2.

The Step 1 deployment will include the migration of the Mass Mods application and part of the Contracting Services application. Step 1 is planned for production in Spring 2025.

Step 2 will include the remaining applications including Cobol program refactoring, the new FSSOnline application (which will absorb functionality from eFSSOnline, Security, and FSSOnline reports), and the remaining Contracting Services functionality. The Step 2 deployment is planned for production in Winter 2025.

The timeline below shows key delivery dates by scope area/application, as well as other key project milestones [e.g., Authority to Operate (ATO), User Acceptance Testing (UAT)].
