The AEA Team provides critical review and input to GSA-IT RFQs/Call Orders - suggestions on organizational concepts, approach changes (to the document) aimed at driving comprehensive Call Order-related documentation. These Acquisition strategy conversations and support are aimed at ensuring competitive solicitations and comprehensive responses.

Ensure requirements represent needs such that the analysis and then coding can proceed judiciously

Review infrastructure / Cloud strategy against FCS Roadmap to ensure timing and fit
IGCE Support

Develop realistic and comprehensive cost parameters

Ensure all identifiable costs are reviewed, considered and estimated accurately.
